I have found the few Breastfeeding teas I tried taste terrible. Iâm not a fan of fenugreek or strong fennel taste, which most of them are full of. This is a refreshing difference with the chai flavours! 

I was skeptical about using a breastfeeding tea, but I decided to give this a try. I have noticed an increase, though not drastic, in my milk output, but milk does seem creamier.
