I was very disappointed in the bag itself. It wasn’t easy to get in to the compartments and didn’t fit comfortably on my shoulders. I returned the bag, and much to my dismay, $29 was deducted from my refund as a fee to return the bag. That’s just bad customer service.

The Bag is priced at $155 and i was charged $175 and was advertised as "free Shipping" I get your prices increased $20 "earlier this Moth" (Which is when I purchased. But you could of honored the price that was on the Tag until you were ready to make this change.

This gorgeous tote fits all my essentials plus my iPad. It’s a perfect every day bag and I love all the compartments. It is so easy to find little things like a pen or lipsticks and yet holds my iPad and Christmas cards form co-workers without messing them up. And most important of all, it is so stylish and chic! I love the way it looks. I have it in black, aqua and pink…and all of them are just beautiful.

I have the Naomi in lots of colors. It’s roomy and durable and so pretty. I am very pleased with all of my purchases.

I was gifted with a Black Naomi about 5 years ago.  Been Carrying my 13" laptop, wallet, makeup bag, lunch etc . The bag is still in really good condition still, but with the new inside upgrades to the bag I wanted to buy a new one. I love what they have done to the inside. It's perfect.

I really like the brand and it what it stands for, but this bag is just too large. It’s hard to put on my shoulder as the straps aren’t long enough. If it were a tad smaller it would be perfect. It is a beautiful bag.

I first purchased this same bag about 6 yrs ago, and used it almost daily.  It held up beautifully, but it was time for new one.  The one I just received is even better. I love the interior lining, the resizing of one of the pockets, and the studs on the bottom. The size works for me since I often put larger items in it. it’s beautiful but it was too large for me

I realized after ordering the Naomi that this just be a tradition because I ordered the Jane last May for my birthday. Happy bday to me! I couldn't say no during the Warehouse Sale. I just got it today and I am impressed again the the protective packaging. They go above and beyond to wrap it perfectly and placed it in a large box to not even bend the shoulder straps. The faux suede lining is luxurious and I'm glad the middle zip pocket is sewn down on the bottom and not loose. The straps fit comfortably over my arm with ample room under my armpit for winter coats. I like the black and gunmetal and the large outside zipper pouch. My cell phone sticks out about 2 in. when vertical but no big deal and it'll be easy to grab it or I can lay horizontal. Thanks Gunas! I'll be a lifetime customer!
