Need help with an order?
You can message the vendor directly from your Customer Profile page:
- Go to your Orders page (you will need to login first if you haven't already)
- Locate the order in the list, and select the ID number e.g. #1578
- Click on the "Start communication" link to send the vendor your message
- A ‘communication’ tab will appear where you can Leave a comment for the vendor
You will receive their reply by email (ensure to
check your Spam folder for emails, and allow all mails from the
@veo.world domain), and a copy will also appear in your Veo inbox. Our
vendors all aim to reply to messages within 1 to 2 working days at most.

Simply find the product page on the site and click on the "Contact Vendor” button to directly message the brand.
