<p>London Grade Coffee pride themselves on their highest quality, organic coffee.&nbsp;</p><p>Three generations of the Mariwala family have grown coffee, on hillsides in the lee of the Western Ghats, where the cool temperatures and light monsoon help give the coffee sweetness and depth of flavour.The coffee cherries grow alongside cardamom, chilli and lemon trees, and those notes appear in our coffee.</p><p>The coffee is roasted with great skill at the Tate Roastery on Millbank in small batches, then despatched to our customers. The coffee is packed in recyclable Kraft paper bags, and the sugar cane paper labels are compostable. All of the packaging that we use to deliver the coffee to our customers is made from recycled paper making London Grade Coffee plastic free.</p>

The simplest and easiest way to pour water into the coffee dripper is with this kettle. 1.2 litre capacity, good balance, accuracy and rugged construction make it a pleasure to use. We also use ours to water the office plants.

How to Brew Filter Coffee&nbsp;








Boil the kettle and let it stand for one minute after boiling.
Place 30g of filter-ground (medium-coarse) coffee in the filter paper
Pour 500ml water over the grounds in a steady pour, keeping the grounds covered with water throughout.
Adjust the grind and coffee weight (eg 32g) to get the cup of coffee that brings the most pleasure.

How to Brew Espresso Coffee










If using an espresso machine, place 18g coffee ground for espresso (superfine) in the portafilter, which should be warm.
Tamp the coffee into a compressed disc with an even, flat surface&nbsp; &nbsp;and no divots or craters.
&nbsp;Run the machine pump for 28 &ndash; 32 seconds, to produce a 37g shot of espresso.
Adjust the grind and pump time to achieve a perfect velvet, golden&nbsp; crema and long dark chocolate finish.

Grind: Very fine
