Try this recipe for flipping good vegan and gluten-free pancakes

Ingredients

💜 Dairy Free Pancake Mix | 266g

💜 Your favourite plant-based milk | 200ml

💜 Apple cider vinegar | 2tbsp

Method

Pop your frying pan over a medium heat and add a splash of oil.
In a bowl, combine the wet ingredients. Add in the pancake mix and stir until the batter is mixed, but still slightly lumpy to keep the air and make your pancakes fluffy!
Using a ladle, pour some batter onto the pan. Cook for about 1 minute, until bubbles start popping on the surface, then carefully flip using a spatula.
Cook the other side for about 30 seconds, until golden brown, then pop on your plate and repeat the steps.
