I ordered, got no dispatch notice, I waited, no information, I contacted customer services, I was sent this review to complete. This company is terrible.

Really smart and comfortable pair of shades and great customer service from Josh who was quick to action delivery requests.

2 weeks after I placed my order of sunglasses on their website, I emailed them to ask them if my order had been shipped. No response. At 3 weeks I messaged them via instagram for an update. Still no response, even though I could see that they had read my message. After almost 4 weeks I suddenly received an email to say my order is being refunded. No explanation or apology. So I emailed and contacted them via instagram asking for an explanation, especially given how long they held my money for. Again, no response. Yet these sunglasses still look in stock on their website. This not ok. I feel so totally disrespected by their lack of any communication especially as they know I had been a previous customer already. I can see on their Facebook page that there are a number of buyer beware reviews because of their lack of communication, so my experience is evidently not an isolated incident. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
