Veo COVID-19 update
We know that things are a little turbulent right now, so first of all we hope you and your loved ones are all safe and healthy during this time. We have provided a short update below on how we are managing COVID-19.
We are striving for minimal service disruption for our Veo family, customers and vendors - so you can continue to shop and order your goods for safe contactless delivery. Our number one priority during the COVID-19 situation is keeping our team and community safe, while ensuring we can maintain a reliable service for you all.
All our team are working from home.
Our vendors know that health and hygiene are of the utmost importance during this time, and are using sanitiser and soaps when packing orders, with regular breaks and wearing face masks when in public spaces.
All orders are still shipping as usual, but have been notified that there are some delays in the postal system due to high demand. For this reason we anticipate that deliveries will likely take a bit longer than usual, but we are on hand to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible.
Please make sure you enter the correct address for shipping when you check out. If you have entered the wrong address please ping us an email as quickly as possible at and we will try and fix this for you. Unfortunately once an order is generated it is very hard to change the address, so please do try to double check before checking out.
The Veo HQ is open 9-6pm Monday-Friday, 10-2pm Saturday and our team are here to answer any questions you have within these hours (sometimes outside of these hours, because we love hearing from you and want to respond as soon as we can!).
